DreamBuilders Ministries helps leaders organize priorities, identify goals, discern vision, brainstorm new strategies, and motivate congregations to fulfill the unique calling that God has in each congregation. We believe that God has a special purpose for every church, and that every church is capable of growth and mission. Unfortunately we create impediments within church environments that intervene in God's natural fulfillment. If we can find these impediments and design the system to get around them, we then allow God's church to flourish as it was intended. We offer a holistic, systemic approach to congregational growth and mission. We believe that Christ calls the church into a dynamic relationship with himself to transform the world. We believe that God's Plan is offered to every congregation, and we feel strongly that from time to time all churches, regardless of size, need some help. That's why we have set a sliding fee schedule based on average worship attendance so that smaller congregations can benefit from the same resources available to larger and wealthier churches. Services Available Ministry Check-Up (Base fee $1200) - Discover principles and practical insights for transforming your congregation's vision into reality. Only by understanding the dynamics and systems at work can a church begin to grow beyond them. This is accomplished through: 1. Analyzing historical data over the last 25 years. This will primarily consist of annual reports with priority assessment on membership, worship attendance, Sunday school attendance, confessions of faith, baptisms, budget, pastor's tenure, and mission spending. 2. Building a preliminary information base through written questionnaires and surveys. These would be anonymous and confidential and would include the Pastor, staff, members of the Pastor-Parish Relations Committee, and selected Church leaders. These instruments would be completed at the initial meeting. 3. Spending one day on site for dialogue and observation. This would include: a. 1 hour of informal discussion with the pastor and possibly other key leaders in the church. b. 3 hours with church leadership to do a review of the church's family history, issues, process, and issues of concern. 4. Creating recommendations that articulate a vision for the future and try to get a handle on what systems are currently operating within the structure of the church. 5. Meet back with Consulting Committee and share the research, observations, conclusions and recommendations. The recommendations will include options to correct any dysfunctional systems and suggestions for further improvement in the overall systems processing. The Consulting Committee can then choose to follow up on recommendations with further assistance and/or choose to implement them on their own. Discerning a Church's Unique God-Given Vision for Ministry (Base Fee $600) - This 3-hour session with church leaders looks at Church Strengths, Weaknesses, Emerging community needs, Dreams and Passions and prioritizes a Vision Plan for Ministry. The next step is to begin to look at potential obstacles and impediments and develop strategies to minimize impediments and maximize success. Multiple Staff Retreats - Are you forming a new staff team or bringing in a new pastor? Or maybe you want to develop a more close-knit staff and build relationships? Allow us to lead a 1-day or a weekend retreat around your staff needs. Church Conflict Management - When issues or personalities are threatening to destroy the congregation or drive it into a cycle of decline, let us help discern the issues and processes both on the top and under the surface. We can help find power circles that interact, both positively and negatively, as well as the processes and issues that are dividing the congregation. We then will offer a prescription to help bring healing to the fragments within the church. Ministry Coaching - Have you ever felt alone and isolated in ministry?
